color: rgb(0, 78, 53); padding-top: 3px; padding-left: 5px;"><strong data-brushtype="text">做有理想信念的志愿者</strong></section></section></section><section style="flex-shrink: 0;"><section style="width: 35px;height: 0px;overflow: hidden;"><br></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;line-height: 1em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="line-height: 150%;font-size: 15px;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">在中国谈理想信念，不是一个新话题，但是每隔一个阶段就要重新提出、引起讨论。我们发现，今天谈到要做有理想信念的志愿者，是基于两个现实问题：一是伴随市场经济、世俗潮流，越来越多的年轻人“不再相信”“不谈理想”，只谈感觉和享受、趣味和刺激。二是有些志愿者包括大学生志愿者也不愿意想太多，说自己就是有点善意、做点好事。然而，从大学生志愿者的参与和发展，从大学生志愿服务的推进和发展看，如果没有更好的理想信念、志向追求，做着做着就会失去动力，做着做着就会陷入迷茫。因为，当体验过志愿服务最初阶段的新鲜好奇，转向日复一日的平凡琐碎时难以坚持；当经历到不同于想象的轻松快乐，遇到困难问题，需要艰辛付出的时候也难以坚持。这个时候，理想信念恰恰是支持大学生志愿者坚持下去、做实做好的关键，就能够带来持续的动力。当然，谈志愿者的理想信念，既有从政治上说的共产主义理想、社会主义信念；也有从人生中说的要“看得更远、想得更多”，追求社会更好的未来。其实，我是从20世纪80年代过来的，当时我也是青年，那个时期也有“三信危机（信仰危机、信任危机、信心危机）”的困惑，但是经过几十年改革开放，从事几十年志愿服务研究与传播，反而逐渐走出困惑，获得相信和坚定。如果用非常朴素的比喻，就是“人总要看到比鼻子尖更高的东西。”金钱、物质非常重要，然而就是满足人吃吃喝喝、玩玩乐乐，那么除此之外还要有什么呢？就是需要感受人与人之间的温暖、社会中的美好、生活中的希望等等，这些就是志愿者非常朴实的理想信念，与对共产主义、社会主义的追求也是息息相关、相连相通的。优秀青年志愿者徐本禹，20多年前因为看到《中国少年报》刊登的一篇贵州山区偏僻农村孩子上学环境很差，而且缺乏教师的报道，就自行前往暑期支教，后来毕业又前去支教一年、两年，从而“感动中国”，带动很多人参加“本禹志愿服务队”，开展支教志愿服务和其他各类志愿服务。我几次见到徐本禹，交流沟通的时候，他都没有说大道理，说“我就是希望山区孩子好一点，也有好的未来。”这就是非常朴素的理想和信念，与为人民美好生活而奋斗的目标紧密相连，成为激励志愿者爱心奉献的动力。可见，大学生志愿者的理想信念，简朴地说就是希望通过志愿服务让社会更好一些、让人民的生活更好一些；更深远地说就是推动社会文明进步、促进人类生活幸福等。这些认识和理解，逐渐与共产主义理想、社会主义信念相结合，成为支撑大学生志愿者成长的根本动力。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><br></p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="141695"><section style="margin: 10px auto;display: flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: center;"><section style="display: flex;flex-direction: column;"><section style="font-size: 50px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;color: #ffe9ac;"><strong>0</strong><strong data-original-title="" title="" data-num="2">2</strong></section><section style="background-color: #fffffe;margin-left: 1em;margin-top: -30px;z-index: 5;"><section style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 78, 53); padding-top: 3px; padding-left: 5px;"><strong data-brushtype="text">做有家国情怀的志愿者</strong></section></section></section><section style="flex-shrink: 0;"><section style="width: 35px;height: 0px;overflow: hidden;"><br></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;margin-top: 5px;line-height: 1em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="line-height: 150%;font-size: 15px;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">谈起青年志愿者、大学生志愿者的家国情怀，是源于去年（2023年）在参加中国青年志愿服务公益创业赛评审之后，几位专家和志愿者资深人士交流的时候，一起讨论、一起分析的。我们认为，从革命战争年代到新中国建设年代，以及改革开放新时期、中国特色新时代，都有很多青年在家国情怀的引领下英勇奋斗、拼搏进取，值得深入的发掘和研究。为此，我也想到大学生志愿者在参与服务的时候，不仅仅是做一些好事，帮助一些人，在这个过程中也是厚植家国情怀、深化爱国精神的重要途径。因为，当大学生志愿者深入社区和农村、深入平原和山区、深入沿海和边疆开展志愿服务，贴近人民群众的时候，对我们的国家增加理解和感情，对我们的人民增加深情厚谊。我从2010年开始，有几次应邀到中央民族大学“关注三农协会”学生志愿服务社团交流辅导，就被这些学生志愿者的家国情怀所打动、所感染。很多同学进大学、进课堂的时候，对于中国国情，对于社区农村是非常不了解的，认识非常肤浅，也受到各种思潮的影响。这个时候，通过大学学生社团招新的活动，报名参加“关注三农协会”，听来自关心关爱农民的专家学者演讲中了解农村的状况，从搜集农村情况的交流讨论中了解农民的需求，从每年寒暑假到各地乡村深入调查研究中感受农村真实的情况、农民真正的需求。这样，大学生志愿者将专业学习与为农村服务、为农民奉献相结合，逐渐明确成长成才的目标。参与“关爱三农协会”志愿服务活动的大学生，有一些后来报名参加西部计划志愿服务、有些报名参加海外华文传播志愿服务、有些报名参加关爱特殊困难人群的志愿服务，并且在大学毕业走上工作岗位之后，还继续组织和实施关爱帮助农村农民的志愿服务活动。从这个案例中，我们看到厚植家国情怀、培养爱国精神，不仅仅是读书本、听报告，更需要参与面向社区和农村的志愿服务，在服务体验中增进感情、提高认识。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><br></p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="141695"><section style="margin: 10px auto;display: flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: center;"><section style="display: flex;flex-direction: column;"><section style="font-size: 50px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;color: #ffe9ac;"><strong>0</strong><strong data-original-title="" title="" data-num="3">3</strong></section><section style="background-color: #fffffe;margin-left: 1em;margin-top: -30px;z-index: 5;"><section style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 78, 53); padding-top: 3px; padding-left: 5px;"><strong data-brushtype="text">做有群众观念的志愿者</strong></section></section></section><section style="flex-shrink: 0;"><section style="width: 35px;height: 0px;overflow: hidden;"><br></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;caret-color: red;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">在任何时候共产党员都不能脱离群众，要有群众观念，要走群众路线。同样，大学生志愿者也要有群众观念，密切联系群众，真正为群众服务，也从群众中获得启迪、获得力量。有人会说，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;caret-color: red;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">“我就是出生工人或者农民家庭，我不是群众吗，为什么还要培养群众观念？”其实，大学生志愿者来自各种类型的群众家庭，但是一方面从小学、中学、大学的校园生活，与广大社会大众的生活有距离；另一方面每一个家庭的生活情况各有不同，熟悉自己或者亲友的状况，不一定了解社会大众的生活状况。尤其是城市学生对山区农村群众的生活不了解，农村学生对老旧社区群众的生活不了解。为此，大学生志愿者在深入社区、农村开展服务的时候，就要学会了解群众需求，从群众的愿望出发，为群众的利益着想。我们接触过不少大学生西部计划志愿者、研究生支教团志愿者，他们到了山区农村，尤其是到了边疆地区参与服务之后，都有很大的心灵震动，都有很多的思想感受。不论是山区、边疆孩子的状况，以及各种愿望和需求；还是山区、农村群众的生活现状，发展需求，都与大学生事先想象的不一样，都有很多复杂多样的曲折与艰辛。为此，大学生志愿者不仅仅是备好课、讲好课，力求用真情实意、鲜活知识引导山区孩子的成长；而且主动联系爱心企业、爱心基金、社会热心人士等资源，为山区孩子的成长提供帮助，为农村群众生活的改善提供帮助。现在进一步发展为乡村振兴提供帮助，为美丽乡村提供帮助。我们发现，大学生志愿者原来仅仅是想着发挥热情、发挥特长，做一些志愿服务就可以了；现在学会从山区群众的愿望出发，从农村孩子的需求出发，策划和实施多种有实效的志愿服务项目。所以，大学生在志愿服务中树立群众观念，就是一种素质的提升，就是一种思想的升华。</span><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><br></p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="141695"><section style="margin: 10px auto;display: flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: center;"><section style="display: flex;flex-direction: column;"><section style="font-size: 50px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;color: #ffe9ac;"><strong>0</strong><strong data-original-title="" title="" data-num="4">4</strong></section><section style="background-color: #fffffe;margin-left: 1em;margin-top: -30px;z-index: 5;"><section style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 78, 53); padding-top: 3px; padding-left: 5px;"><strong data-brushtype="text">做有专业素质的志愿者</strong></section></section></section><section style="flex-shrink: 0;"><section style="width: 35px;height: 0px;overflow: hidden;"><br></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;caret-color: red;line-height: 150%;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">在志愿服务发展的早期，有些一般化、形式化的活动引起群众的争议，说有些大学生志愿者只是“看看老人、做作表演”等，缺乏针对性强、专业性强的服务。伴随时代的发展变化，伴随人民群众需求变化，要求大学生志愿者更多发挥兴趣特长、做好专业服务。最近，“中国青年志愿者”微信公众号发表的一篇“志愿观察”文章《高校志愿服务要多整些“专业活儿”》受到广泛的关注，就是提出大学生志愿者既要运用所学专业为社区农村服务，也要根据群众需要做好专业性的技术技能服务。我们参加第六届中国青年志愿服务公益创业赛评审的时候，有一个项目引起评委们的广泛关注与重视。即天津大学志愿者开展的“黔程无忧——职业教育助力乡村旅游发展”项目。大学生在贵州山区乡镇农村支教服务的时候，发现在各地区的“乡村旅游”如火如荼，但是仍然有不少周边的群众不善于利用旅游产品销售、旅游饮食消费等机会，仍然处于收入低、经济困难的状况。经过调查，发现主要的原因是当地农民缺乏旅游观念、知识、技能，停留在传统农业生产的习惯之中，无法从乡村旅游发展中获益。为此，他们开展“夜校+旅游”的志愿服务，为村民开设</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;caret-color: red;line-height: 150%;letter-spacing: 1px;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-origin: initial;background-clip: initial;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">基础文化课、旅游服务课、技能提升课、民俗文化课等四大类别24门课程，逐渐盘活农村消费市场、促进乡村闲置劳动力的再就业，带动村民增加经济收入、获得生活改善。如今，通过建立信息平台，实现线上线下“夜校”教学的方式，在全国7个省份40余地得到采纳推广，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;caret-color: red;line-height: 150%;letter-spacing: 1px;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-origin: initial;background-clip: initial;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">走出贵州、走向全国，实现了在甘肃、福建、天津等地的推广拓展，帮助多地区实现了旅游资源到旅游资产的成功转化。可见，大学生志愿者在面向社会人群、深入社区农村开展服务的时候，拥有“师资+学生”“知识+创意”等优势，通过专业性的传播推广，为广大群众提供支持和帮助。</span><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="141695"><section style="margin: 10px auto;display: flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: center;"><section style="display: flex;flex-direction: column;"><section style="font-size: 50px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;color: #ffe9ac;"><strong>0</strong><strong data-original-title="" title="" data-num="5">5</strong></section><section style="background-color: #fffffe;margin-left: 1em;margin-top: -30px;z-index: 5;"><section style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 78, 53); padding-top: 3px; padding-left: 5px;"><strong data-brushtype="text">做有智慧创新的志愿者</strong></section></section></section><section style="flex-shrink: 0;"><section style="width: 35px;height: 0px;overflow: hidden;"><br></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align:justify;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;line-height: 1em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;caret-color: red;font-family:黑体, SimHei;">大学生志愿服务要有生机活力，就要充分发挥年轻人的智慧和创造优势，就要让年轻人在志愿服务中获得创新的机会。中国式现代化的发展，恰恰需要新一代大学生的创新创造，在志愿服务中也是体验和锻炼的好机会。一方面，大学生敢于思考、敢于探索，面对乡村社区的境况、面对城乡群众的需求，善于寻找新的方式、新的路径提供帮助和解决问题。另一方面，大学生掌握信息时代的学习新方法、新途径，能够将自己的思考与广泛的信息相结合，为乡村社区的志愿服务开拓新路径、新天地。北京市优秀青年志愿者张佳鑫，从外地考入北京邮电大学之后，就主动报名加入阳光志愿者协会，开展关爱帮助流动儿童、关爱帮助社区老人等服务。尤其是在助老服务中，他们发现“银发族”的最大困难就是与信息时代脱节，被挡在网络世界之外。为此，张佳鑫和小伙伴们就发起“夕阳再晨”志愿服务，从教老人“手机、上网、游戏”等技术，到开发老年人运用网络开启智慧生活的简易教程，再到引导老年人运用智能技术参与社区治理等。张佳鑫、何绍森、罗旭等大学生、研究生志愿者，用他们的聪明智慧，用他们的创新创造，为老人带来希望和快乐，为社会带来生机与活力。如今，“夕阳再晨”志愿服务项目涉及越来越多的领域，覆盖到全国各地的城市社区，成为在“智慧中国”建设中发挥积极力量的志愿者活动。我认识张佳鑫有十多年了，还经常与“夕阳再晨”的大学生志愿者交流，他们从大学、硕士、博士毕业，不管成为高校教师、还是成为科研人员等，都一直以智慧志愿服务，为人民群众创造更好的生活，作出优异的贡献。我想，中国式现代化建设进程，需要更多有智慧的大学生志愿者，在各个领域有贡献、有作为。</span><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.5em;margin-left: 10px;margin-right: 10px;text-indent: 0em;"><br></p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="141695" draggable="true"><section style="margin: 10px auto;display: flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: center;"><section style="display: flex;flex-direction: column;"><section style="font-size: 50px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;color: #ffe9ac;"><strong>0</strong><strong data-original-title="" title="" data-num="6">6</strong></section><section style="background-color: #fffffe;margin-left: 1em;margin-top: -30px;z-index: 5;"><section style="font-size: 16px;
