朱健刚:“新公益”模式值得关注

border-box;"><span leaf="">“新公益”模式。此模式强调运用经济手段实现社会价值,并确保社会价值的可持续性,为公益事业注入新活力,却也带来一些经济和社会影响,值得整个公益慈善界的关注。</span></span></strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">所谓新公益是相对旧公益而言。旧公益超越了传统的捐款捐物这类善举义举,秉持“授人以鱼人不如授人以渔”的理念解决社会问题。新公益则更进一步,强调运用经济手段达成公益目标,以实现社会问题的可持续解决。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">在我国,</span><span style="color: rgb(195, 13, 34);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">慈善信托通过法律架构将个人或企业的财富用于特定的公益目的,确保资金长期稳定投入。此模式既能实现家族财富的传承,还能够为社会带来持续的社会效益。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">影响力投资则强调兼顾经济效益与社会、环境效益,要求投资者决策时考量社会和环境因素,通过投资扶持具有社会价值的企业或项目。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">而社会企业是融合商业思维与社会使命的组织形式,以市场化手段解决社会问题,实现经济效益与社会效益的双赢。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">新公益模式下这些新兴方式的发展,让慈善事业在经济领域焕发出强大的活力与潜力。然而,慈善经济的追求不止于此,它有着更宏大的目标与愿景,试图在更高层面重塑经济发展逻辑。在此背景下,“善经济”概念应运而生。</span><span style="color: rgb(195, 13, 34);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">“善经济”借助互联网经济,以利他为动机、共同富裕为目标。</span></strong></span><span leaf="">比尔·盖茨提出的“慈善资本主义”,国内学者王振耀、何日生等倡导的“善经济”,这既是对当下西方市场经济的反思,也是对新经济模式的探索。“善经济”与企业社会责任及ESG理念(即关注企业环境、社会和治理绩效而非仅财务绩效的投资理念)相呼应,展现了未来经济的新可能。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">在善经济理念的推动下,</span><span style="color: rgb(195, 13, 34);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">慈善事业将在国民经济发展中发挥重要作用。</span></strong></span><span leaf="">慈善经济可创造更多GDP和就业岗位,为弱势群体提供就业机会,促进社会的稳定与和谐。科技慈善事业通过支持创新项目与技术研发,推动社会创新的发展。众多慈善组织设立专项基金,用于扶持那些具有社会价值但市场前景不明朗的项目。这些项目往往能够带来颠覆性的技术创新与社会变革,为社会进步注入源源不断的动力。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">此外,</span><span style="color: rgb(195, 13, 34);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing:
