color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun; letter-spacing: 1.5px;">谭建光</span><span style="display: none;line-height: 0px;"></span><span style="display: none;line-height: 0px;"></span><span style="display: none;line-height: 0px;"></span><span style="display: none;line-height: 0px;"></span></p></section><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">在湖南省志愿服务培训班授课期间，笔者专程前往长沙市望城区雷锋纪念馆参观学习，对两个细节感触颇深：其一，雷锋的“文青”特质。馆内陈列着雷锋撰写的十余篇诗歌与小说目录，文笔虽质朴，却饱含着对党、祖国、人民和生活的热忱，这与《雷锋日记》精神一脉相承，至今仍传递着鼓舞人心的强大力量。其二，雷锋的“高收入”与无私奉献精神。20世纪50年代后期，雷锋在鞍钢担任五级技术工，月薪57元，这远超同期基层干部与工人的收入水平。然而，他并未将这些收入用于个人享受，而是慷慨地捐献给有需要的群众。在邮局，留下了他一张张充满爱心的汇款单。即便参军后，津贴骤减至每月5元，他依然以保家卫国为己任，以热心助人为荣光，并乐在其中。</span></p><section data-role="splitline" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="96632"><section style="width:120px;margin:10px auto;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;width:100%;display:block;vertical-align:baseline;"></span></section></section><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">雷锋精神是永恒的时代主题，志愿服务是永恒的实践行动。习近平总书记勉励志愿者“以实际行动书写新时代的雷锋故事”，《中共中央办公厅 国务院办公厅关于健全新时代志愿服务体系的意见》明确提出“将雷锋精神与志愿精神融入志愿服务工作各方面”。这意味着学雷锋不应局限于“3·5学雷锋日”，而是需要融入日常、化为经常，让雷锋精神始终滋养社会文明。近年来，干部群众尤其是青少年群体，主动参与到 “学雷锋、做好事”行动中，在志愿服务中锤炼自身品格，实现个人成长。来自雷锋家乡的优秀志愿者凌送军， 便是新时代践行雷锋精神的典范。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">一是主动投身，实现人生价值。</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">凌送军来自湖南省衡阳市农村，早年前往广东省佛山市南海区务工。工作时，他始终坚守“学雷锋、做好事”的信念，从顺手帮扶老人、儿童和残障人士这类小事做起，同时密切关注社会公益动态。后来，他加入南海区桂城街道志愿者联合会，从一名普通志愿者逐步成长为团队负责人，带领更多人开展关爱互助服务。每当谈及初心，凌送军总会提起雷锋的事迹。无论是望城县的拖拉机手，还是鞍钢的推土机手，抑或军营里的汽车兵，雷锋始终满怀热忱地坚守在平凡岗位上，在助人中实现精神富足。以雷锋为榜样的凌送军，在志愿服务中也深刻体悟到，奉献不仅能照亮他人的生活，也能让自己的生命更具厚重意义。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">二是助人为乐，丰富精神内涵。</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">参观雷锋纪念馆后，笔者对“助人为乐”有了更深刻的理解：雷锋在帮助他人的过程中实现了自我价值，雷锋精神在新时代也依然熠熠生辉。初到佛山的凌送军，曾因漂泊异乡而感到迷茫。正是志愿服务让他找到了方向——无论是为残障人士提供长期帮扶，还是听到受助者那一声真挚的“感谢”，都让他切实体会到奉献带来的持久幸福。他说：“帮助他人解决困难的过程，也是自我价值实现的过程。” 这种双向滋养，恰恰是雷锋精神跨越时代、始终充满生命力的关键所在。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">三是勤学善思，锤炼成长路径。</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">凌送军的可贵之处，不仅是默默奉献的精神，更体现在他善于学习、勇于创新的品质上。身为普通志愿者时，他便积极参与各类培训，努力提升服务能力；成长为团队负责人后，他主动向资深志愿者请教管理经验，不断充实自我。担任文化公园志愿驿站站长期间，凌送军致力于传播雷锋精神，引领志愿服务成为市民生活的新风尚。他带领志愿者们下载、打印雷锋故事以及志愿者的感人故事，张贴在志愿驿站进行宣传，让更多人了解雷锋精神与志愿服务的内涵。傍晚和周末，他还组织分享会，鼓励志愿者们讲述参加志愿服务的心得体会，吸引许多路过的群众主动参与其中。考虑到文化公园志愿驿站的志愿者来自五湖四海，因志愿服务相聚在一起，凌送军发起了“家乡菜，暖人心”活动。志愿者们以各地美食为纽带，在品尝美食的过程中传递温情，凝聚起大家对志愿服务的共识。这些实践不仅为他赢得了“佛山好人”“广东好人”等荣誉称号，更让雷锋精神在基层落地生根。</span></p><section data-role="splitline" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="96632"><section style="width:120px;margin:10px auto;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;width:100%;display:block;vertical-align:baseline;"></span></section></section><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 1.5px;">雷锋精神与志愿精神紧密相连、一脉相承，是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分。在新时代，广大志愿者应以凌送军为榜样，从身边点滴小事做起，用实际行动传递温暖。只有这样，才能真正续写新时代的雷锋故事，让雷锋精神在时代浪潮中始终焕发蓬勃生机。</span></p><section><section><section data-mpa-template="t" mpa-from-tpl="t" style="margin-bottom: 24px;
