10px;"><p><strong>李晓辉：</strong>一开始，我参加志愿者活动主要是想拓宽社交圈子，也想带女儿一起见识更多，让她有更多玩乐的机会，理念比较简单。<strong>但在参与活动的过程中，我逐渐发现公益的意义远不止于此。</strong></p><p><br></p><p>我女儿和我一样，原本都比较腼腆、缺乏自信。然而，在与孩子们一起参与活动后，我明显感受到她性格上的转变。<strong>我们最初的服务活动包括去人民公园捡垃圾、探访医院重症患儿，还有一次去山区陪伴当地孩子玩耍。</strong>尤其是山区之行，对女儿触动极大，让她意识到<strong>公益不仅能帮助他人，我们自己也能从中获得成长和改变。</strong></p></section><section 10px;"><p><br></p><p>公益活动带给我们的温暖和力量，让我看到了未来的方向。从参与者到组织者，我感受到自己能力的不断提升，也愈发喜欢组织活动，让更多人和山区孩子受益。<strong>孩子们纯真的笑脸给了我莫大的鼓励，让我更愿意投身公益事业。</strong></p><p><br></p><p>在事业和兴趣的抉择上，我逐渐明白不能二者兼顾。做志愿者时可以轻松参与，但若想做更多事情，全职公益人是截然不同的方向。以广州亚运会为例，我们那时关了店面，全身心投入志愿者工作一个月，晚上还要完成白天的活计。<strong>我意识到，要在人生的路口做出选择，要么全心全意做公益，要么继续生意或偶尔参与志愿活动。我更倾向于追寻自己的梦想，让付出更有意义。</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>我妻子对我的选择起到了关键作用。</strong>她看到我的成长和对公益的热情，觉得我做其他事情时没有那么开心和有干劲，便大力支持我。2012年，我加入另一家机构成为全职公益人，两年后发现全职工作与自己期望的方向仍有差距。那时社工证还未普及，我在家庭服务中心工作，意识到仅凭热情难以持续，专业性认知尤为重要。</p></section><section 10px;"><p><br></p><p><strong>其次，我认为儿童是国家和社会的未来，他们的成长与发展至关重要。</strong>看到孩子们纯真的笑脸，我常常会想起自己的童年。我的童年同样孤独，父亲的缺失让我对父爱的渴望无从满足。因此，我希望通过齐志的努力，让更多的孩子感受到来自社会的关爱，弥补他们可能面临的家庭关爱不足。</p></section><section
