20px;"><p>近期，有关青少年心理健康的话题再度引发人们关注。随着经济社会快速发展，社会生活方式深刻变革，互联网、移动终端更加普及、便捷，青少年的成长环境不断变化。不少青少年置身于网络虚拟世界无法自拔，也有青少年因学业压力大而出现心理问题。对此，亟须从以下几个方向着力，加强和改进新时代青少年心理健康工作，提升青少年心理健康素养。 </p><p><br></p><p><strong>加大青少年心理健康知识普及力度。</strong>加强心理健康知识的普及教育，让青少年学会保持和促进身心健康的方法，增强对逆境的适应能力和面对挫折的勇气，促进身心和谐发展，培养积极、乐观、进取的人生态度。其中在学校层面，要开设必要的心理健康教育课，确保学生在校期间普遍接受心理健康教育；抓住学生喜欢从互联网获取知识的特点，做精做细心理健康知识网络科普宣传，让青少年能正确看待心理问题，消除病耻感，获得促进心理健康的基本技能；发挥朋辈在心理健康知识普及中的作用，把心理健康知识普及融入主题班会、学生活动、日常交流交往中；邀请校内外专家根据学生的需求开展心理健康教育相关讲座，帮助学生培养基本的心理问题识别能力、自我调节能力、协助别人解决心理问题的能力。 </p><p><br></p><p><strong>推动“五育并举”促进心理健康行动。</strong>将大中小学生心理健康教育贯穿思政工作全过程，融入教育教学、管理服务和学生成长各环节，帮助青少年树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，实现以德育心；优化教育教学内容和方式，把心理育人工作融入学科教育，发挥学科教师的育人效用，实现以智化心；发挥体育调节情绪、疏解压力、提升自我效能、增强自信等方面的作用，让青少年在体育锻炼中享受乐趣、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志，实现以体强心；发挥美育丰富精神、温润心灵、提升幸福感等方面的作用，教会学生认识美、欣赏美、创造美，实现以美润心；丰富、拓展劳动教育实施途径，让学生动手实践，磨炼意志品质，养成劳动习惯，实现以劳健心。 </p><p><br></p><p><strong>为青少年构建安全温暖的人际环境。</strong>对于青少年来说，安全的依恋关系主要包括安全的亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系。当个体出现困惑、挑战甚至遭受重大挫折时，良好的人际安全感会帮助其顺利度过艰难时期，反之容易引发心理危机。因此，家庭、学校、社会要给予青少年充分的理解、关注，提供全面的情感支持。父母要与孩子建立良好的亲子关系，让孩子感受到爱。学校老师要与学生建立平等、尊重的关系，让他们感受到安全。社会也要积极营造友好的人际氛围，帮助青少年构建安全和谐的人际网络。 </p><p><br></p><p><strong>探索建立有中国特色的家校协同共育机制。</strong>家校协同是在家庭与学校之间架起一座桥梁，形成一种有效的双向沟通机制，使学校心理健康教育与家庭心理健康引导有机结合起来。家庭要配合和支持学校开展心理健康教育工作，重视孩子的心理变化并及时与老师沟通，引导孩子主动解决问题、寻求帮助。学校要组织开展内容丰富、形式多样的校内外活动，定期向家长提供心理健康指导，帮助家长树立正确的教育观念，使其正确看待孩子的个人发展与心理问题；建立家校联系沟通机制，及时了解孩子的心理健康状态，协助家长帮孩子度过心理困难期。 </p><p><br></p><p><strong>一体化推进大中小学心理健康教育。</strong>发展心理学强调身心发展的连续性，现阶段出现的心理问题，其原因可以追溯到上一阶段未被妥善解决的不良心理刺激。因此，将大中小学的心理健康教育有机融合，构建纵向衔接、螺旋上升的全过程心理健康教育，对学生心理健康教育工作是非常有益的。应积极推进制度改革，强化各学段心理健康教育有效衔接；大力加强大中小学心理健康教师队伍培训，建立大中小学心理健康教育教师队伍之间的沟通机制，促进师资融通；建立大中小学一体化课程协同机制，实现大中小学心理健康教育内容的有效衔接，建立学生心理档案，提升学生心理问题处置效率和能力。</p></section></section><section
