style="box-sizing: border-box;">打个不太恰当的比方,这个过程相当于是在给自己“洗脑”,只不过是正确的洗脑,而不是那种传销组织的控制手段。埃利斯所提出的非理性情绪就像是大脑中留下的不干净的东西,导致我们在外界的环境中加上了自己不理性的认识。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">所谓正确的“洗脑”,就是<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(233, 109, 135);box-sizing:
