“守护儿童心灵健康”心灵成长课程开课啦!

text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 150%;"><font size="3" face="宋体"><span style="line-height: 150%;">课程一开始,潘老师让</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">小朋友</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">们自我介绍,并且用一个动作表示自己今天的情绪</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">。</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">为了缓解一部分同学烦躁、无聊的情绪,潘老师让大家围成圈,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">把自己想象成一个气球,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">再</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">模仿气球被吹起来不同程度的样子,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">“我们想象一下自己是一个气球,当有空气吹进我们的双手时,我们的双手要跟着吸气的速度</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">慢慢地</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">抬起来。”</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">通过“吹气球”游戏让</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">小朋友</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">们体验放松和紧张的感觉,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">从而让他们感受到自身身体变化对情绪的影响,更清晰地感知自身情绪。</span><span style="line-height: 150%;"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: center; line-height: 150%;"><font size="3" face="宋体"><span style="line-height: 150%;">第二节课程开始后,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">潘</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">老师</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">介绍</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">游戏规则:</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">每一个小朋友领取一张画有人体轮廓的a4纸,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">小朋友们把这张</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">a4纸</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">当做</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">是他们的一位朋友,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">并</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">和这位朋友一起散步。其间这张纸不能够用手拿用嘴咬。只能用身体的不同部分把它</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">托</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">着,碰着,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">慢慢地带着</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">他走</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">不能够让</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">纸</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">离开</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">自己</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">的身体。</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">介绍完规则,小朋友们把纸放在头上,手臂上,把纸用手臂夹住,</span><span style="line-height: 150%;">抱住自己的“朋友”,带着自己的“朋友”散步、跳舞,因为不能让纸掉到地上,小朋友们不得不保持着奇怪的姿势,逗得大家哈哈大笑。</span><span style="line-height: 150%;"><br></span></font></p><div style="text-align: center;"><font size="3" face="宋体"></font></div><p></p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 32pt;
