box-sizing: border-box;">刚开始，“王兰花热心小组”的工作地点就设在只有30多平方米的王兰花家，王兰花和她的伙伴和孩子们在这个狭小的空间里开会谈计划、计算捐赠金额、总结活动经验。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">没有活动资金和救助资源，开展志愿服务面临不少困难。有的人不理解她，但是她甘之如饴。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">“王兰花热心小组”制作发放了三四万张便民服务卡，上面印着“有困难找我们，我们有爱心、热心和诚心，义务帮助您”，还有联系方式。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">每天都有人打电话进来，包括很多大大小小的杂事。回忆起那段日子，王兰花感慨道：<strong>“我觉得帮不帮是一回事，帮成帮不成是另一回事，我们帮助别人就要尽心尽力、全心全意。”</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
