border-box;">我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，与此相适应，我国儿童福利保护体系建设也进入高质量发展阶段。“十三五”期间多项指标快速增长，儿童基本生活保障津贴平均年增长率接近10%，城乡社区儿童之家建设平均年增长率达到25%，妇幼保健机构床位数平均年增长率达到6.6%，儿童主任规模和儿童之家规模更是以每年翻几倍的速度增长。“十四五”时期，以儿童主任为抓手的基层儿童社会工作队伍建设，将成为提高儿童福利与未成年人保护体系建设高质量发展的关键因素。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
