normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（2）具有健全的法人治理结构，完善的内部管理制度、信息公开制度和民主监督制度，在镇（街）、村（居）备案的社区社会组织应具备规范有序的运作机制，并运作良好；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（3）执行《民间非营利组织会计制度》，具有独立的财务管理、财务核算和资产管理制度，以及依法缴纳税收、社会保险费的良好记录。在镇（街）、村（居）备案的社区社会组织可委托具备同类条件的法人主体代为接收资助资金；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（二）项目变更调整：在项目实施期间，有如下变化及调整，需在调整前告知主办方项目人员，并以邮件的方式提交书面申请，得到主办方确认同意后方可进行：</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">1．项目负责人变动；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2．因实际情况变化需要调整实施地点、受益人群、主要的项目活动等；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">3．机构运营或财务托管方式出现重大变化；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">4. 需调整原预算10%以上的；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">5．项目延期或终止。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（三）日常监测：主办方项目人员将不定期通过面谈、线上沟通、现场参与活动等方式对项目进行执行情况进行监测。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（四）项目总结：创投主体需在项目结束时提交总结报告及财务报告。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（五）项目评估：主办方会邀请专家在项目结项时抽取不高于30%的项目进行评估。</p><p
